I was using pc security by troposoft a long time back. unfortunately I forgot the password. without knowing this I locked my e and f drives. today the problem is I am unable to save or delete anything in those drives but I can only read what is left in those drives. I even do not know the software’s serial no.. if I try deleting it using add/remove programs it asks to unlock it using the password. what shall I do?

The best option is to format, actually, and reinstall everything else. However, if you’re good at it, you could try the regedit option and remove all traces of the unwanted software from there.
However this is not the kind of thing an amateur should try because you can easily screw up your comp beyond repair, so, I’d really reccommend your getting professional help.

try to contact troposoft n highlight to them this problem n hopefully they can advise u of the password
There is no way but still you can mail to troposoft may be thay can help you in this meter. but as you forget your serial no may be then they also not able to help you
